Her name is TASHA TARUSØVA. She is an alternative rock musician from Ukraine; she is proud to be able to show her EP “SHE” to the rest of the world. It is a compilation of personal lyrics produced by a group of talented musicians and can be found on platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, SoundCloud, and Public Pressure.
Life can be gorgeous and enchanting, yet it can also be unexpectedly challenging. Tasha creates lyrics, rhythms, and sounds during difficult moments to find peace. After everything she has gone through these last couple of years, the process of creating “SHE” helped her endure the most challenging time of her life. This EP is a part of her heart that, thanks to a group of skilled musicians, she can proudly say that it turned into something real that she would like to share with everybody. “SHE” is where she sings about love, sadness, and craziness.

This evil that does not measure consequences only destroys and destroys. The feeling of leaving my family, the sense of leaving my house, the sentiment of leaving my country. They are experiences that I will never be prepared to live.
There is still a war. We still have to fight for our freedom.

DESCRIPTION
Ukrainian rock musician, singer and songwriter TASHA TARUSØVA, releases EP called ‘re:start’, featuring three tracks ‘Howl at the Moon’, ‘LovePain’ and ‘Music’. Never has a title been so apt as ‘re:start’ following Tarusøva’s swift departure from her family and Ukrainian homeland when war broke out in February 2022. All set to support The Killers on the Russian leg of their tour, TARUSOVA’S musical career took a full U-turn when the entire tour was cancelled due to the war. Her Russian producer wanted her to continue her career in Russia and denounce the war but instead, she chose to support Ukraine and cut all the ties with her Russian management team, ultimately stopping her music career in its tracks. After being offered refuge in London, TASHA TARUSØVA is now restarting her musical journey with new songs, live gigs and BBC TV appearances. Translating more than a dozen songs into English, she says, «Because of the war, I want to move completely away from singing in Russian.»
